A young lady stopped bye the store to buy here boyfriend a Rich Yung Top and wanted to know why her mate was so crazy about Rich Yung. I answered, because the stuff was detailed, produced in respectfully small quantities & refreshing in this modern day fashion orgy (my opinion of course). This thread is dedicated to her and the folks who are wondering where the BUZZZZZZZ about Rich Yung is coming from :

Japanese invasion- Takashi Yamashita & co.

Takashi Yamashita & Manami Ogawa in town from Japan stopped in to pay us a visit. Word in Japan is that the Brooklyn Circus has some fire, so they stopped in. Takashi distributes foreign brands in Japan and does allot of business with Rich Yung. Very cool and stylish dude. The Funny thing is Gatch (see staff pics below) who speaks very little english was the translator, now that had us all laughing. Al with his notorious Gucci Bucket, watched in amazement. We all have a love for street fashion which kept us talking for hours. Don’t ask me how.

I’ll post some more about what Takashi does and how important him,Gatch,Kohey and others we work with in Japan are to the future of Street fashion.

If you are not familiar with SBTG’s work, my friend you are living a sheltered life. It’s ok, our job is to expose you to the little things that matter. All in all the dude is polite and talented. Some talented dudes like to blow themselves, not Mark/SBTG(Sabotage).
Did we mention that he hand paints the kicks. YEP!
