Back to NYC, lovely city I must say
Oh,She’s going in for surgery, pray for her. Yep! the laptop must go in and I still have a ton of work to do. To top it off I think I left the baterry pack to the camera at the hotel, had to call Lost and found- who claims they will have to call me back. Nice huh?
The Camera has some juice and should hold till the lappy comes back. Keep your fingers crossed and stay tuned for the final day pics and some previews as promised. I am moving on to the desk top to do some of the work, deadlines are approaching.
Love as usual
The Brooklyn Circus . . .
My misfortune, your luck. I am stuck in Salk Lake city Utah airport on my way back to NY from Vegas. Not a bad place to be at all during Snowboarding season, but right now is not the move. Today was a crazy day, Al went back to NY yesterday,so I covered The Pool show alone. Between that show, consulting appointments at Magic, buying at project and a 5:30pm flight I had little time to take any pics. Sorry guys, so enjoy pictures from Day two.
Ohh we’ll also post some Fall,Holiday and spring 07 previews. Not much, because THEBROOKLYNCIRCUS blog is fairly about what we do and not about what’s dropping. We want to leave that to the other popular blogs who work hard to report the freshness to you. But a few shots of preview goodies won’t hurt or ruin the fun for you.

Vegas in a nutshell: Allot of the same ish, lot’s of takers, shakers and fakers. We love this game, so we enjoy The good ,the bad and the ugly. Everything else is sold out! Yep
Street culture is represented at all the shows from Magic-Camp Ground,Project and Pool.
Quick Cap:
Brands: Greedy Genius brought some fire to the show. It was refreshing to see them in a suite and not on the main floor.
10 Deep totally got next. They are leading street culture and will be openning up doors for lots of smaller brands. The big stores are coming boys.
Red Clay: Very Refreshing in a culture of sameness. Ohh that’s a dope name for a brand. I’ll look it up tonight.
The scene is like a reggae shotta party, everyone is looking at each other dance. Bitting: is the norm in this game, back in the days, you would get played, outcasted and slapped for bitting. A Bitter was as bad as a snitch, times have changed.
House 33: had a Refreshing, twist on things.
Party:
Brand Pimp & Year of. . . party was really cool. Nice vibe.
New Era party: Filled to capacity early. We made our way in and found lots of drunk folks,Dee nice killing it and a dope as drummer playing alongside his beats.
Heard: Jordan’ party was a male bash-not enough chicas. Russels party was well planned, anything else we did not hear much about.

The next updates will be live from Vegas. Stay tuned and pray that the mighty power book holds up. The part is in and it’ll get fixed upon our return from Vegas. If you are headed to Magic, have a safe flight, pack light and get to the airport early- I know we will. Stay tuned for all the good magic footage circus people.
All press, sales reps and buyers if you need to reach us, you know the number(s) Al & The Bearded Man will have their phones on them. If not email thebrooklyncircus@gmail.com with a number and subject.
Love as usual The Brooklyn Circus. . .
Hey look what The Leyp crew from Holland sent me today. They totally created a sick pair of 180s inspired by The Brooklyn Circus. It’s always refreshing to see how you affect and inspire other creative cats to create even hotter things out of your simple vision. Fellas send me the shoes, I want to feature them at the International Sneaker Battle Sept 9th in Atlantic city for sure. Let’s have some fun. Check out their site at www.lyep.com
