The Other day we asked Collin (Freelance sometimes retired BKC photographer) and a few of our customers “why do you shop or visit The Brooklyn Circus so often”. Some responses where short, some were long and others were to the point. However, Collin’s answer (sent a few minutes a go) pretty much summed up what all of our supporters were trying to say. Thanks for all the love and Support people, you are trully our extended family. Yep!

    Read Below: Collin’ Response
    The Brooklyn Circus

With all the “street wear”(whatever that means) brands and stores/boutiques, Why The Brooklyn Circus?

Well on the surface I like them because they carry numerous non-hyped brands which are just as good as, if not better, than the more mainstream brands. This is greatly appreciated by a customer like me who, likes to be trendy, fashionable, and fly without looking like every “trendsetter” out there. Beyond the outside brands that they carry, the in house brand is very refreshing in a market where, brands steal iconic lyrics, images, or whatever else they can Google and slap them on a t-shirt. The BKC gives you original, artistic, simple, classic, and sometimes quirky designs that you can feel good wearing.

Despite all the hot products that they carry, the thing that really attracts me to the Circus is the friendly environment that overwhelms and embraces you upon entering the store. The staff greets strangers as if they were longtime friends, and treats friends as if they were family. And in a world where ink on 100% cotton will fade, a friendly handshake or a helpful comment will guarantee success. YEP!!!!

Instructions for those who missed the party lastnight: Take your hand off your mouse and wave it as hard as you can accross your face, (Yep! slap yourself). It’s Ok, we do it all the time,it’s a form of discipline. My point? Man, you missed a good one. To all the beautiful people that attended, give yourself a high five (as corny as that can be). I almost forgot how many Beautifull people The Brooklyn Circus knows. Yep! No more talking see you next month, same time, same place. Enjoy the Pics.

We’ve confirmed the Rich Yung shipment through customs and yes it will be here any day now. We received the store samples and need I explain how crazy the stuff is? I don’t think so. Take a look at how high The bearded man got wearing the enlarged wings on the new snowboard series piece. How high? Sooooo High!!!!

Interested in purchasing Rich Yung: The shipment is being sent to our warehouse. Meaning you have to once again pre-order the goods. Stop by The Brooklyn Circus and pre-order your goods-Cash Only!. They will then be ready for pick up 24-48 hours. Cost:$280
More details to come. Sizes, and quantity are very limited. Is it for hype, I don’t think so, the company does not want to see every Tom,Dick and Harry in it’s product I guess. Ohh well I have my copy, let’s go.

The L.A. trip was well worth it. We got alot done in the short week and do have plans to be in L.A. a whole lot more to be exact. We have several brokers on the job to find us a loft to plant ourselves in L.A. for at least half the year at times. Bi-costal and Biligual are the only two Bi that are accepted at The Brooklyn Circus, anything else we will pass on.

On Friday we spent some time in Santa Monica browsing through the wild Sale Fred Segal had. Then we ended up at our Cuz Pnewfala’ (captain of Team Sexy) spot “The Red Lemon Store” and kicked it about L.A. retail and lots of other fun ish. She has operated online (

She’s always up to something so check her out when you are on that side of town. Make sure you drive through Beverly Hills, it’s not from from there.
